We will not charge your Credit Card until the product is available for shipment. We will ship the product within 2 business days of charging your card. We will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number for your shipment.
We offer a 100% Warranty for the life of the product for Material and Manufactures defects. If it breaks you get a new one!! We do not warranty parts for misuse, bad installation, grinding, cutting, welding, super gluing, my pit-bull thought it was bubble gum….you get the idea!!
Shipping Policy for warranties
We will respond to your request within 48 hours by issuing an RMA # by email, and shipping instructions to return the product for inspection. When we receive the product, we will inspect it within 48 hours to determine if it warrants a replacement or simply reworked. We will cover the shipping charge for any reworked or replaced product.
Please email us with your ship to, bill to info, as well as the SKU# and lot number located on the logo side of the product. Please give a brief description of the issue and, if possible, attach a photo.
We offer a 15 day Money Back Guarantee if you do not like the product. You have 15 days from the day you receive the product to decide if you like it. The product Must be returned in the same condition you received it in. We do not refund the shipping costs.
You need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for ALL RETURNS. Please email or call us (727) 481-3193 for an RMA.
We prefer to use U.S.P.S flat rate boxes and UPS.
